VILLAS

The island is the villa.

A villa stay is not a room category. It is a household on the sand or over the water — staff on the island, and no corridor of other doors.

PRIVATE ISLAND

No other guests.

The reef is yours. The jetty is yours. Dinner does not share a restaurant.

This is the stay when the point is silence, not a list of restaurants.

BEACH RESIDENCE

A house on the sand.

Two or three rooms. A kitchen that stays on the island. Evenings that do not need a kids’ club. Close enough to the lagoon that the day starts outside.

OVERWATER

The lagoon as the floor.

A deck, a direct drop into the water, and a horizon that does not include a neighbour’s towel.

Use this when the stay should feel like one line — villa, reef, night.

Tell us how many rooms, and how far the next voice should be.
